Fabian Hürzeler has lifted the lid on a fractious afternoon that stretched well beyond the touchline, revealing how a half-time altercation in the tunnel cast a long shadow over Brighton’s 3–1 defeat to Newcastle United and culminated in a pointed snub after the final whistle.
